About the event
Every other week, we discuss herbs per request by our customers. For July 19 , we will research on Thistles for liver health. We will watch 1-2 videos that contributed to this herb. We will share with you how to Prepare Herbal Tea.
To enjoy a cup of herbal tea, follow these simple steps:
Choose your preferred herb or a combination of herbs.
Boil water in a kettle.
Add the herbs to a teapot or infuser.
Pour the hot water over the herbs.
